These terms and conditions apply between you, the User of this Website (including any sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions), and Jaypee Group LTD company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 13329189, trading as Merch & Cart, the owner and operator of this Website(www.merchandcart.com). Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.
In these terms and conditions, User or Users means any third party that accesses the Website and is not either (i) employed by Jaypee Group LTD, trading as Merch & Cart and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to Jaypee Group LTD, trading as Merch & Cart and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of such services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using the Website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
- By participating in the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
- The winners are selected through a draw of lots from the invoice number of the purchases the participants make till the end of date 20/12/2024.
- The prize draw is being run by Jaypee Group LTD trading as Merch & Cart/ www.merchandcart.com.
4. The prize draw is open to the UK residents only and the participants should be over 18 years of age. Confirm that you are eligible to participate while claiming any prize you may win.
5. There is no entry fee to take part in the prize draw, however, there are few tasks that are required to be fulfilled by the participants:

7. Buy item/s worth a minimum of £20 and mark/write a review
8. Follow, Subscribe, like, share and comment on Merchand Cart’s social media pages like : Facebook, Instagram, X(Twitter), YouTube
9. One should use their genuine credentials while carrying out these tasks because the winners will be identified based on these credentials
10. The minimum invoice amount and the above tasks will remain the bench mark for participation in the scheme.
11. The prize draw will include those invoice numbers issued till midnight of 20/12/2024.
12. The items in the announced prizes may vary as per the availability of the product and if such a situation arises, Jaypee Group LTD trading as Merchand Cart, limits their liability only to provide an item that is similar and within the cost of the item expressed in the prize list. No claim, whatsoever it may be, for beyond the cost of the item that is won by a contestant will be entertained.
13. The winner of any prize accept the product one wins and no cash will be paid against the value of the product under any circumstances.

18. Merchand Cart’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands and guarantee/warrantee are provided the respective product manufacturers.
19. The winners will be drawn at random.
20. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal, less or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
21. The decision of Jaypee Group LTD regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
24. The winner will be notified after 21/12/2024 via the email provided during registration.
25. Jaypee Group LTD will make only two attempts to contact the winner by email.
26. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Jaypee Group reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Delivery of the prizes
27. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement. Data protection and publicity
28. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Jaypee Group LTD for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

30. Announcement of the winners first name and place of work will be made on www.merchandcart.com
31. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Merchand Cart’s Privacy policy.
32.Jaypee Group LTD/Merchand Cart does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that TLC does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
33. Jaypee Group LTD/Merchand Cart does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
34. Jaypee Group LTD/Merchand Cart reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
35. If there are not sufficient number of partiipants, then the the draw will be cancelled and no claims for any kind of compensation whatsoever will be entertained.
36. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
